The best way to watch live video from tracks like(currently running) Delaware, Penn, Mountaineer, Praire M, Philly(with sound lol), Louisiana, Indiana, Finger Lakes, and more is through this site:

However, this site is blocked for non-us users but that is easy(I promise) to get around.
Here's what you do:
In Internet Explorer, go to:
TOOLS
Internet Options -- Connections Tab -- LAN Settings
Tick the box under "proxy server"
THEN, This step is the only one that might be tricky if your a novice with computers, but with a few times practice it's very easy.

You need a us proxy server to look the races through, and that's what you have to fill in to the "address" and "port" box. They are very unreliable, but they usually works the rest of the day when you have one that works.
THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR:

Click on country. It is now sorted by country. Then, scroll down and go to the page where you find United States. There are so many of them so that isn't a problem. It's always something between 31-34. And here is the real clue. What you should look for is a "PLANETLAB/CODEEN PROXY SERVER" with a port starting on 31. For example, this is what I use today: address - 35.9.27.27 and port: 3124

That comes up as 35.9.27.27:3124 on the left of the Planetlab/CoDeeN proxy server.

Now just fill in that, and you're ready to go. If it's very slow or can't find page, simply try another one but if you look after what I just told you you shouldn't have to look to long.

It is worth to note that you will not be able to sign in to MSN Messenger, Betfair or other sign in places when you are through a US Proxy Server, but my advice is to use Internet Explorer for video and Mozilla Firefox for betfair and everything else. And after you have got it to work the 1st time turning it on and off is very easy! Just go there you turned it on in the 1st place;

and simply tick/untick the box under proxy server, all after how you like it( I reccomend to always turn it off after you are done watching US Racing).
